"Ideas" by ARK

Ideas... They are like inspiration, only a bit more solid.

Of course ideas are still as abstract as inspiration, only they tend to transform into real things more often. Why? Because when you are inspired, you want to do something to suit that inspiration. You are motivated to move. For a lot of people, inspiration is scarce. They tend to stay inside their boxes and refuse to see the world at a different angle. But if you are the opposite, you'll be able to find inspiration anywhere. It's just a matter of perspective.

When you step outside your comfort zone, you'll see that the "box" has been limiting your view. Using your imagination often gives you a wider range of possibilities, whether it's for your career, your love life, your family, your goals, or your dreams. Imagination fuels inspiration.

Ideas, on the other hand, are more solid. While inspiration only motivates, ideas point the way to get you were you want to go. Award-winning novels, blockbuster movies, successful political movements and other triumphant achievements are all rooted to somebody's million-dollar idea.

Why am I even posting this now? First, I have free time. Not that I don't have much to do, it's just that I have enough time to spend on my precious blog. Second, I have tons of ideas rushing to my head right now. I want to write something-no, in fact I have several ideas going on inside me that are just begging to be released. But if you know me well, you would know how my ideas all turn out.

Yes, I have heard from some that I make good ideas, but hardly none of it survives my attention span. This is something I MUST learn to get over. I can't have all these ideas put to waste. Some of these may-not meaning to brag-someday make me successful too. And I know how opportunities come and go...sometimes they just pass and you simply must grab them. But sometimes you must create them for yourself.

Gosh, I really am starting to plan ahead. The future is way too exciting for me. I want to do my best to reach those dreams of mine...and here I am blaming Dev for watching too much Glee.

I...will start again. I will try to form art from these ideas to prove to everybody that they exist in my head. Amazing works, here come!

...but first allow me to finish all my schoolwork. The semester is about to end, after all. Soon, I will have time to relax, unwind, love, and pay attention to my brain's visitors.
