Recently, I got a hold of this Playstation 2 set, and I’ve been
playing games like an addict since then. There are a few things I still complain
about, like the fact that the package didn’t go with a single fighting game.
But hey! A free PS2? Who wouldn’t want that? Besides, I have my friends to supply
me with the games I need.
So I borrowed a couple of fighting games (obviously my favorite
gaming genre) from my classmate, only to find out that only one of them seemed compatible
with my system. That’s alright. I’ll keep trying ‘til I get my fighting fix. Anyway,
I’d like to thank that classmate of mine who gave some of those games to me. It’s
awesome!
Anyway, I’ll be borrowing a few more from my other classmates,
‘cause I’m really not into most of the games I have here. Or maybe I’ll learn to
download and burn these games…maybe I won’t.
THEN AGAIN…THIS ARTICLE ISN’T ABOUT MY PS2. Well, yeah, it’s
sorta about gaming, but I chose to focus on a certain game tonight: POKEMON.
Yep, this is all about Pokémon. Playing all these PS2 games,
I realized how I still very much enjoy catching Pokémon. I mean, after finishing
all the gyms and beating the Elite Four over millions of times, I still find myself
starting a new game: a new adventure. Somehow you know that it’s gonna be different
from the one before.
You’re never too old for Pokémon. Those people who program
the game can’t be young, can they? Unless they’re super talented in computer
programming, young people can’t exactly create “Pokémon”. Knowing that old people
made this game; I guess it’s alright to let old people play it too. Not that I’m
old. I’m young, wild and awesomazing.
When it comes to playing Pokémon, I always prefer the Fire Red
and the Leaf Green version. That’s ‘cause these two games contain the original
set of Pokémon: the first ones made. And yeah, the new versions are sorta cool
too. But nothing beats the original. Heck, everybody knows Bulbasaur, Squirtle,
Charmander and of course, Pikachu.
(LOL. The spelling check corrected my spelling of Pikachu. The proper spelling was "spinach".)
<------ NOT a Pikachu. :)
<----- The ever loveable Pikachu.
(Sheesh, this is getting long. I mean, look at all those red
lines I’m gonna have to edit because of this stupid keyboard. I have GOT to buy
a new one soon. And oh, I guess I forgot to take a visit at the nearest mall to
check the price.)
So I’m gonna keep this short and simple: Everybody loves Pokémon.
Even compared to the newest games out now on every gaming console, Pokémon can
stand on its own. It MUST be one of the most shaping game in the history of game-shaping!
Keep playing trainer, and someday you’ll be the very best…like no one ever was…
awww... the games I gave you didn't work? :( oh, and a USB keyboard from CD-R-King costs 180. I bought a new one just recently. Enjoy playing! :D
ReplyDeleteI'll keep trying! Hehe. I hope it works this time. And thanks for the info cat mom. You rock. :D
