"The Dark Side of the Moon" by ARK

People are not always true to you. 

Why should they? You have no control over what they say, and what they think of you. You have no power over their opinions and thoughts. People will often say what they dislike about you. Then again, there are those who aren’t so honest. They result to backstabbing.  But no matter how they do it, people will not always be true to you. That is unchangeable.

What’s terrifying about these people is they show you their prettiest faces. They show the warmest smile, the friendliest touch, and the assurance that you can trust them. You can’t…Not always. This is a lesson most people learn the hard way. Trust is a valuable treasure. It must not be shared so easily, for it is vulnerable. If people break it, there’s no telling if it can ever be repaired.

These people I’m talking about: They are as beautiful as the moon. They shine in the darkness, and make you believe in their false light. But like the moon, they are only beautiful when partially hidden. They are only beautiful, for they have not yet revealed their true selves.

So many legends revolve around the Full Moon. Some say it is the time that people transform into werewolves. And for those who backstab, these legends are true. When they begin showing you their true colors, you’ll see that they are indeed wolves. They’ll try to bite and ruin you. The trick is to not let them surprise you.

The people surrounding you… some of them are only in their Quarter Phase. Go ahead and explore. See the dark side of the moon for yourself. You might be surprised with what you’ll see.
