Sometimes we don’t take notice of them at all. Sometimes we
don’t seem to care. Why should we? A thousand people come across us every day,
and we know very few of them. Most of those people are strangers…the same way
we are a stranger to them.
But the beautiful part of it all is when we get to know
them, and they start playing more important roles in our life. They become less
than a face in the crowd, and more of a familiar being. And sometimes, people
stay long enough to leave a permanent mark. It’s just the way it is.
Friends, family members, and all the other people we
love-they were once strangers too. We took a leap of fate when we decided to
get to know them. And this wasn’t easy. It was always scary to imbibe ourselves
to other people. It wasn’t always easy adjusting to their personalities too.
But when we look at them now, it’s ironic to see that we can’t imagine our
lives without them.
Who are the real strangers? They’re not the people we see on
the streets. They’re not the ones we randomly see in public. They are those who
got into our lives, but never made a difference. They are the people who were
given the chance to join your personal story, but didn’t. They are those who
came and left…but left unnoticed.
The people we don’t know-we can never tell when they’ll play
their role. We can never tell who we’ll be seeing more often. We can only find
out who the real strangers are by getting to know them.
well said, Shark son. well said. :)
