Hope you didn't miss us too much (Wouldn't be surprised if you didn't miss Ark though) :)
Well, you ought to know where we went, so I'm here to describe what an adventure yesterday was.
Welcome to SPLASH ISLAND...
It's a resort, so expect to get (super) wet.
There's a wave pool, and a LOT of extreme water slides. With 17 different attractions, Splash Island appeals to large group of people. These attractions include: The Agos Grandes (wave pool), Rio Montanosa (one of their biggest slides that lets up to four people ride on a single floater; one of my favorites, actually), Magellan's Drop (another favorite, it lets you slide down on your belly, plunging into the cool water below)
But trust me, this resort is better seen than described. SO, here are some pics of Splash Island, just so you know what to expect.
This one (on the right) is Rio Montanosa. It's a loooooong way down, and one of you (if there's four of you o the floater) is bound to get really, really, wet. Sucks for that person. LOL.
THIS IS THE TUNNEL THAT WILL LEAD TO YOUR DEATH.
Just kidding. Try this particular slide and have the most awesomazing time EVER!
(I think this is King Pilipit)
Below is an aerial map of ALL the attractions:
Take note that all of the slides close at 5:00 in the afternoon. Better get there early.
AND since I'm being very nice, here's a link to the website. Click here for more info on Park Hours, Admission and the other attractions. :)
Here's a map on how to get to Splash Island:
Hmmm... I can't seem to download the pic, so here's a link instead. :
Prepare for the time of your life at Splash Island. Hey, I'm being an endorser again. I'm in no way connected to Splash Island (I'm a fictional character, for Pete's sake, whoever Pete is) AND I don't own any of the pictures. Google does.
